Who Is Eligible?

Health questionnaire: You may need to complete a short health questionnaire consisting of ‘yes’ or ‘no’ questions.

Medical exam: Depending on your answers to the health questionnaire, you may be required to undergo a para-medical exam before your application is approved this can be done in the convenience of your home.
